Terms of service

Who we are
Roamline is the website at roamline.online, operated by Tsernskin keiys OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17587191), registered office at P. Kerese tn 17-20, 20309 Narva, Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia. These terms apply to everyone who uses Roamline. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
We sell data-only eSIM plans for travel and provide a trip archive with a day counter. We are not a mobile network operator: connectivity is supplied by licensed eSIM providers and delivered through your Roamline account.
Your account
You need an account to buy, and you must be at least 18. An account belongs to the individual or the business that opened it, and may not be sold or transferred to anyone else. Who can buy, and for whom, is set out in the next section, on buying for others and for a business.
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. If you forget it, ask through the contact form from the email address on the account.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account & data. Deleting the account removes your orders, eSIM profiles, trips and history immediately.
Roamline is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba: we do not open accounts for, sell to, or sell eSIMs for use in those countries, and the site refuses visits and sign-ups from them.
Buying for others and for a business
Individuals and businesses, including travel desks and travel agencies, may buy eSIMs on Roamline for their own trips and for the trips of their travellers, employees or clients, and hand each eSIM to the person who will use it.
When you buy for a company or other organisation, that organisation is the customer under these terms and is responsible for the account and everything bought through it. By opening or using the account for it, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation to these terms.
eSIMs may not be resold as a product. Reselling, wholesale supply to other sellers and automated bulk buying are not allowed, whether you are an individual or a business.
Rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, apply to an individual buying for personal use and not to an organisation buying for its business. Everything our policies promise, including refunds for eSIMs that are never installed and for unused credits, applies to every customer alike.
Prices, credits and payment
Everything on Roamline is paid from one balance of credits. One credit is worth €0.02. Plan prices are shown in credits, with the equivalent in the currency you choose: euro or US dollars. You pay in that currency: a top-up is charged in the currency you chose, and buys credits at the European Central Bank's daily reference rate.
Credits are added by card top-up (Visa or Mastercard). Card top-ups open at launch; until then no card is charged. A plan is paid from your balance, never charged to your card directly. There are no subscriptions, stored cards or automatic renewals. The Payment policy describes how top-ups work.
eSIM plans
Each plan card shows its coverage, data allowance, validity, hotspot use and any throttling before you buy. Activation needs a supported, carrier-unlocked device, and checking compatibility before purchase is your responsibility.
An eSIM profile installs once. If you delete it from your device it usually cannot be installed again, and you would need a new plan. Your QR code and activation string stay on the order page for as long as the order exists. Install on WiFi before you travel.
Refunds and cancellations
An eSIM order that has not been installed can be cancelled at any time from its order page, and its full value returns to your balance straight away. From there, credits go back to the card that bought them within 14 days of that top-up, as set out under unused credits in the Refund policy.
Once a profile has been installed, or its validity period has started, the plan is consumed and is not refundable. If an installed eSIM stops working because of a fault on the provider's network, tell us through the contact form and we will repair or credit it.
If a paid order cannot be issued, it is retried automatically on a fixed schedule. If it still cannot be issued, its full value is credited to your balance without you asking, and the order page shows the credit. You can spend that credit on any plan or ask for it to be returned to your card.
The Refund policy and Cancellation policy set out the full rules.
The day counter
The day counter totals the days you spend in each country from your purchases and the trips you add, against the 183-day residence threshold and the Schengen 90/180 rule. It is a travel record for your own planning, not legal or immigration advice, and its figures are only as complete as the trips recorded.
Liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity: networks, not Roamline, carry your data.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes are decided by Viru County Court (Viru Maakohus), Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page, with a new date above, before they take effect.
