Refund policy

LAST UPDATED: 21 September 2026

In short

Orders that have not been installed are refundable. Installed plans are not, because the profile is consumed when it installs. Checkout states both before you pay.

Orders not yet installed

An eSIM order that has not been installed can be cancelled at any time from its order page, and its full value returns to your balance straight away. From there, credits go back to the card that bought them within 14 days of that top-up, as set out under unused credits in the Refund policy.

Installed plans

Once a profile has been installed, or its validity period has started, the plan is consumed and is not refundable. If an installed eSIM stops working because of a fault on the provider's network, tell us through the contact form and we will repair or credit it.

Orders that could not be issued

If a paid order cannot be issued, it is retried automatically on a fixed schedule. If it still cannot be issued, its full value is credited to your balance without you asking, and the order page shows the credit. You can spend that credit on any plan or ask for it to be returned to your card.

Unused credits

Unused credits can be returned to the card that bought them within 14 days of that top-up. Credits already spent are not refundable as credits; the refund terms of what you bought apply to that purchase instead. Ask through the contact form, giving the date of the top-up. Card returns typically reach your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By ordering, you ask us to issue the eSIM immediately. Once the profile has been installed, supply has begun and the right to withdraw from that order ends. Nothing in our policies limits your statutory rights.
