No. Roamline is a travel wallet: you top up once by card and spend the balance on data eSIMs and the day counter today, and on a private VPN and verification numbers when they launch. One balance, one login.

You add credits by card top-up (Visa or Mastercard); card top-ups open at launch. Credits pay for anything on Roamline at a fixed value of €0.02 each, never expire, and nothing renews.

No. Everything is a one-off purchase from your balance. There are no monthly plans, no auto-renewals and no stored-card charges.

eSIM data and the day counter are live. The VPN and verification numbers are coming soon and cannot be bought yet; each is marked on the Services page.

No — a browser cannot open a tunnel. The VPN is coming soon; when it launches you will get a WireGuard config to import into the official WireGuard app, which does the tunnelling.

No. Verification numbers are for app signups and service verification only. Banks reject virtual numbers by policy, so bank 2FA codes usually will not arrive — use your own SIM for those.

Yes, on every plan sold here. The plan card says so.

The order page shows how much data is left at any time. When you run out, buy a new plan for the same destination; it is paid from your balance in one step.

Yes. Each eSIM has an expiry date set by the network, shown on its order page, so install it before then. Until you install it, you can cancel the order from that page and its full value returns to your balance. The plan's days are on the card before you buy.

Account details, orders (including ICCIDs), trips, data-usage readings and your balance ledger. You can export or delete all of it from Settings.

No. It counts days from your own trips against the 183-day residence threshold and the Schengen 90/180 rule. Residence also depends on things a day count cannot see, such as where your home and work are, so check your situation with a qualified adviser.

Visa or Mastercard, to top up your wallet, in euro or US dollars. Card top-ups open at launch. Everything on the platform is then paid from that credit balance.

Yes. Individuals and businesses, including travel desks and travel agencies, can buy eSIMs for their own travellers' and clients' trips. If you buy for a business, you confirm you have authority to act for it. eSIMs may not be resold as a product. The Terms set out the details.

We retry automatically on a fixed schedule. If the eSIM still cannot be issued, the full price goes back to your balance and the order page shows the refund. You do not need to ask.

Per eSIM, per device. Two travelers need two plans — but both can be managed from one account, and both appear in the trip archive.

At home, on WiFi, before you leave. Activation takes about a minute on decent WiFi and can take much longer on airport networks.

When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it, so you can buy days or weeks ahead. Until then the plan has no dates. Once it starts, its order page shows the date it runs until, and the trip appears in your trips and day counter from that day.

Usually not: an eSIM profile downloads once, and a deleted profile normally means buying a new eSIM. Keep a screenshot of the QR code from the install console until the plan expires.

If your phone is carrier-unlocked and eSIM-capable, yes. The install console shows per-device steps for iPhone/iPad and Android.
