Scan the QR code from the install console, follow the steps for your device, and watch the status change to installed. A profile installs once, so screenshot the QR code before you go.

Land connected
The eSIM connects when it finds a network at your destination, and the order page tracks how much data is left.
IF SOMETHING BREAKS
What happens if something breaks
If the eSIM cannot be issued after your payment succeeds, the order is retried automatically. If it still fails, the full amount is credited to your balance without you asking, and the order page shows the credit.
Before you land
What to know the evening before you fly, for any destination.
- Before you fly
- Install the eSIM at home on Wi-Fi, then switch mobile data to this line as the plane lands.
- Networks
- Your eSIM joins a local partner network at your destination, on 4G or 5G where the plan allows. It connects on its own once you land.
- Your IP address
- Many plans send your data out through Hong Kong, Japan or Singapore, so some local apps and streaming sites may treat you as abroad. Plans marked “Local IP address” use one in the country you are in.
- Money
- The eSIM is already paid for in credits. For everything else on the trip, you pay in the local currency.
The part you keep: the day counter
Purchases become trip entries automatically. Add past trips yourself and the counter shows days per country against the 183-day residence threshold and your Schengen 90/180 allowance, with a CSV export. A travel record, not professional advice.
